Q: What Are Your Hours?

A: Jeffrey D. Barrar P.S. is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The law office is closed on weekends and court holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving day, Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Q: Where do I need to go for my court hearing?

A: The Clark County Courthouse is at 1200 Franklin St. in downtown Vancouver. Camas-Washougal Municipal Court is at 89 C St. in Washougal. Need to plan your trip by bus? C-Tran's website makes it easy with a "Plan Your Trip" feature.

Q: Can I have a copy of the police reports in my case?

A: You can order your own copy by calling the Clark County Sheriff’s Office (which handles reports for all agencies) at 360-397-2211, or you can review the reports at our office. We are not allowed to give out copies.

Q: When is my court date?

A: Go to the Washington Courts website and click on “Find Your Court Date” in the upper right-hand corner under “Search Case Records.”

Q: If I hire you, how much does it cost?

A: The cost varies depending on the complexity of the case. An estimated cost will be determined at your free consultation.

Q: I am charged with a crime. Does it cost anything to meet with you to see if you can help me?
